Lindsey Ziegler, MA, LPC

Hi, there. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I always shift the mode of therapy to meet my clients where they are in order to help you gain the most from your therapy sessions. I also take the time to end therapy sessions with some positive reflections, affirmations, and alternative perspectives in order to help you feel empowered as the session ends and to reinforce that you can achieve the changes you desire.

I have extensive professional experience in working with child, adolescent, adult individuals who may be encountering varying levels of depression, Obsessive Compulsive disorders, and anxiety disorders.

I believe in taking an open and welcoming approach to my therapy sessions. There is no judgment. Working with clients of varying age and background, I always incorporate humor, enthusiasm and positive energy into my sessions in order to build the therapeutic alliance necessary to elicit real and powerful changes in your everyday life.

Janell Casciano, MA, LPC

Hey everyone! I'm Janell and I first want to congratulate you on being brave enough to seek outside support. Self care and mental health can be scary and sometimes we feel that there is still a HUGE stigma surrounding psychology. I love what I do. You certainly won't get that "head shrinking" feeling when working with me.

I love using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and self care to help people heal and ultimately feel whole again.

Therapeutic rapport is crucial and is the foundation of developing trust, openness, and understanding when working with anyone. I believe that therapy should be a healing experience and take a person-centered approach in the individual therapy sessions.

It is important to understand an individuals level of readiness in order to clear the path for powerful, meaningful change.

A majority of my experience is working with teens and adults. I practice using mindfulness based stress reduction, meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy.

I am eager to meet you and work towards your common goal of emotional wellness.
